My templates are set-up to be as simple or detailed as you prefer. You can track every pertinent training/rehab variable or keep it simple by cutting down on the tracked variables, entering in your data & then modifying your training only if the template flags you that you aren’t properly managing your workload.For the best explanation of how things work, watch the tutorial I provide in the video linked below.
