With your purchase you receive unlimited downloads of four different weightlifting templates. These templates were created based upon current research on injury & optimal load management – meaning when used well they should assist in reducing incidence of injury & help you to identify errors in your programming. They are also easy to take with you as the templates have been formatted to run very well when used with the Microsoft Excel app on mobile (& of course also function well when used on desktop.) Note: they do not work properly when opened in anything other than excel and so this will not work in google sheets or anything similar. You will receive:

  • One geared for those who perform push/pull/legs programs
  • One geared for those who perform upper & lower programs
  • One geared for those who perform 5 sets of an exercise and/or very high volume workouts
  • One generic template which can be used for those who do full body programs or adapted to a variety of other needs

*You may notice this is set up as a “pay what you want” model. In response to losing my job due to COVID I dropped my price down to a $5 minimum (from $25) but if you wanted to pay more (basically donate) then anything beyond that is appreciated!

My templates are set-up to be as simple or detailed as you prefer. You can track every pertinent training/rehab variable or  keep it simple by cutting down on the tracked variables, entering in your data & then modifying your training only if the template flags you that you aren’t properly managing your workload.For the best explanation of how things work, watch the tutorial I provide in the video linked below.

*In the video I comment about the %1RM metric not fully functioning – that was fixed shortly after I recorded this video so everything should be good to go at this point.
